In 2003, Liliana Chiodo Cherfen found it very difficult to reconcile raising her son with her career in a multinational company. At this point, the idea of having her own company became part of her plans.
"In 2005, the opportunity arose to buy Sincron, a brand that had been around for 75 years and was having serious financial, management and technological updating problems. So I began the challenge of working with an electronic product in the hospital market.
I founded Salutem Indústria Eletrônica, which sells the Sincron brand," she says. Liliana had a hard time winning back the brand's customers.
"It wasn't easy, but in 2011, Sincron increased its turnover by 400% compared to 2005". Liliana emphasizes that she wants to employ more people and grow in a sustainable way. "What we all want, whether as customers, suppliers and/or partners, is respect in our relationships," she says.
