Your privacy is very important and that is why we respect it, especially with regard to any information we may collect from you through our website and emails, which we own and operate. Here you will find specific information on the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of personal data of Users and visitors to the Sincron Portal, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law). .

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

We only ask for personal information when we really need it in order to market a product and we only do so with your knowledge and consent, retaining the information collected only for as long as necessary to supply the product requested. There are two ways in which we collect your personal data:

  • Registration: To become a User, you must register and provide complete and accurate personal details. Currently, these details are FULL NAME, CNPJ, E-MAIL, TELEPHONE.
    • SINCRON may confirm the personal data provided and consult public entities, specialized companies or databases, and is hereby expressly authorized to do so. The information SINCRON obtains from these entities will be treated confidentially.
    • Users are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data they provide. It is up to the User to keep their personal information and details up to date at all times.
  • Cookies are small files that are downloaded to your computer to improve your experience on the Portal and allow the collection of information sent by the SINCRON server to the User's computer in order to identify them. Cookies are only used for internal audience and browsing control and never to control, identify or track user preferences, except when the user disrespects any security rules or engages in any activity detrimental to the proper functioning of the site, such as attempts to hack the service. The User and the visitor to the site declare that they know and accept that a system for collecting personal browsing data may be used through the use of cookies.

COLLECTION AND STORAGE

When accessing the site or exchanging e-mails, your basic identification data (e.g. e-mail, full name, company town or telephone number) is recognized by the platform and from this we can identify the User and the visitor, as well as guaranteeing greater security and well-being when browsing.

SINCRON automatically collects and stores certain information about the activities of registered Users and visitors to its website and emails, which may include the URL from which they originate (whether from SINCRON itself or not), the URL subsequently accessed (whether from SINCRON itself or not), the browser they are using and their access IPs, the pages visited, the keywords of searches carried out, the sharing of a specific document, comments, page views, among other information that may be stored and retained.

Information is also collected to carry out transactions, such as the User's bank details.

The e-mail address registered by the User or visitor who chooses to subscribe to the Newsletter will be collected and stored until the User or visitor requests to unsubscribe.

DATA STORAGE

The personal data of the User and the visitor collected and stored by the emails is for the purpose of:

  • User and visitor well-being: improving the product and/or service offered, facilitating, speeding up and fulfilling the commitments established between the User and the company, improving the User experience and providing specific functionalities depending on the User's basic characteristics.
  • Platform improvements: understanding how the User uses the platform's services, to help with business and technical development.
  • Advertisements: display personalized advertisements to the User based on the data provided.
  • Commercial: personalize the content offered and generate support for the platform to improve the quality of the services.
  • User profile prediction: automated processing of personal data to evaluate use of the platform.
  • Registration data: to allow the User access to certain content on the platform, exclusively for registered users.
  • Contract data: to provide the User and Sincron with legal certainty and facilitate the conclusion of the sale and purchase of products.

When storing data, we protect it, within commercially acceptable means, to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We do not share personally identifiable information publicly or with third parties, except as required by law.

Our website does not contain links to external websites that are not operated by us.  

The processing of personal data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only take place with prior notice to the User, so that the rights and obligations provided for herein remain applicable.

The User's and visitor's personal data is stored by the platform for the period necessary for the provision of the service, or the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this document.

You are free to decline our request for personal information on the understanding that we may not be able to provide some of the services you desire. Your continued use of our site will be considered acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. INFORMATION SECURITY

The personal data provided to SINCRON is stored in a reserved database with restricted access to a few authorized employees, who are obliged by contract to keep the information confidential and not to use it inappropriately. SINCRON's privacy policy aims to guarantee that any information and data about Users will not be provided, published or commercialized under any circumstances.

SINCRON undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.

Credit card data is encrypted using "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, which guarantees secure and confidential data transmission, so that data transmission between the server and the User is encrypted.

DATA SHARING

User data is only shared with data relating to publications made by the User.  

Personal data may NOT be shared with third parties. Third parties only receive data to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the contracted services.

With regard to third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors, we inform you that each has its own privacy policy. We therefore recommend that you read their respective privacy policies to understand what personal information will be used by these providers.

When you are redirected to a third-party application or website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our platform's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and recommend that you read their privacy statements.

CONSENT

By entering the site to use the services and/or to provide personal information on the platform, the User and/or visitor will be consenting to this Privacy Policy.

By registering, users and visitors declare that they are aware of and can exercise their rights to cancel their registrations, access and update their personal data.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

For the resolution of any doubts or disputes arising from this Privacy Policy, the courts of the City of São Paulo, SP, Brazil will be used, and Brazilian law will apply in full.
