Leader of the band Paralamas do Sucesso, Herbert Vianna declares his love of life and the world on two wheels
"A heart beats in that wheelchair". And this heart beats for the love of life in an unconditional way that overrides any difficulty that a disabled person may face. The "owner" of this phrase had to reinvent himself. After a fatality in 2001, this "poet's" heart weakened a little, giving way to uncertainty, fear and insecurity. But his love of life made him write new paths for his career. Strength, courage and overcoming were fundamental for this heart to keep beating, even without the movement of his legs and part of his memory affected.
In his wheelchair, musician and leader of the band Paralamas do Sucesso, Hebert Vianna, oozes life and proves that the show must go on. And it continued yesterday in an exclusive and exciting presentation for exhibitors, congress participants and guests at the Rehabilitation Fair + Forum.
"I feel honored to be at an event like this, which connects all the parties involved and gives visibility to a discussion as important as rehabilitation. From the moment I began to see the world from a lower level, I realized how vulnerable we are to losing focus on life. And it's initiatives like these that make us feel how much we've gone from being looked down on by society to receiving more special and dignified attention," enthuses the musician when he talks to Reabilitação's founding president, Dr. Waleska Santos.
At the time, Dr. Waleska highlighted the emotion and happiness of receiving Paralamas do Sucesso for this special concert. "This is a very significant moment, a dream come true today," she said.
Herbert took the opportunity to say to Dr. Waleska, "It's a great joy to be here. I'm speechless at this moment, which highlights and discusses the world on wheels even more. It's very moving to know that an event like this makes it possible to listen to people with disabilities".
São Paulo's Secretary of State for the Rights of People with Disabilities and honorary president of the fair, Dr. Linamara Rizzo Battistella, highlighted the musician's importance to rehabilitation. "You, Hebert Vianna, are the best expression that rehabilitation can have. From today onwards, the causes of people with disabilities take on a new color."
The Paralamas will play in the capital - With hits from all stages of their career, Paralamas do Sucesso's performance infected the audience. Organized by Reabilitação, the show was supported by Ortho Pauer.
Hits such as "Dos Margaritas", "Ela disse Adeus", "Tendo a Lua", "Caleidoscópio", "Bella Luna", "Alagados", "Cuide Bem" were accompanied by the chorus that formed in the audience.
With the audience's hands raised, Herbert closed the show, "Hands up, let's close this night that is so important and symbolic for our country. Thank you very much, guys!"

You really make it appear really easy along with your presentation but I iin finding this topic to be actually one thing which I feel I would never understand.
It seems too complex and extremely vast for me.
